punctuality
Please plan to be in the meeting room at least 5 mins before the meeting time.
lateness
Running late? Please ensure that you inform us at least 2 to 4 hours before the scheduled meeting time. If we receive no prior notice, the call will be left on for 10 mins awaiting your arrival after which it will be ended.
Rescheduling
In the event that you need to reschedule the meeting, kindly ensure that you do so at least 24 hours before the meeting time.
No-show
If we receive no prior notice and you are deemed a 'no-show' for your appointment, kindly note that any attempt to rebook the appointment will attract a fee i.e., no more FREE consultations.
**Lateness as used here is when you arrive 5-15mins after your appointment was scheduled to begin.
**A no-show as used here is used to describe being more than 15mins late to your scheduled appointment without prior communication.
