On the call, we'll discuss your situation, assess whether we're the right fit, and recommend the best path forward if we are.

A note on how we work together

At Klesis Creative, we hold our time and yours to the same standard. Here is what that looks like in practice:

punctuality

Please plan to join the call at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start time. This ensures we make the most of our time together from the first minute.

Running late

If something comes up, let us know at least 2 hours before the call. We will do our best to accommodate. Without prior notice, we will hold the call open for 10 minutes before closing it.

Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance using the link in your confirmation email.

No-show

A no-show is defined as arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior communication. If this happens, any future discovery call booking will require a rescheduling fee. We protect our calendar carefully so that every client gets our full attention.

 

Lateness is defined as arriving 5 to 15 minutes after the scheduled start time without prior notice.
